SHIPPING & HANDLING

We use certified home compostable bags and currently ship within Australia with Australia Post. Postage prices are flat rate and include $10 for standard tracked post and $15 for express tracked post. All in-stock products purchased from The Warm Fuzzies Cloth Collective will be posted via Australia post within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise due to changed circumstances. Tracking numbers will be sent via e-mail.

Local pickup is available for those local to Brunswick West/Melbourne, Victoria. Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout when purchasing. Please send an e-mail to thewarmfuzziescc@gmail.com or message the Facebook business page to arrange pickup.

REPAIRS, REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Warranty conditions

Each product from The Warm Fuzzies Cloth Collective is carefully handmade rather than uniformly manufactured and because of this, there might be slight variations across the products. All products from The Warm Fuzzies Cloth Collective come with a 6-month warranty from the purchase date. The warranty is void if care instructions are not followed or if damages are incurred due to improper use. The warranty also does not apply to products purchased second-hand, to changes due to the purchaser's modifications or alterations, or to material that is provided for custom orders as I cannot always guarantee the quality. The warranty does not cover damages incurred in transit.

Returns

If the product you purchased from The Warm Fuzzies Cloth Collective is defective due to an error on my part (i.e. defective stitching, elastics, snaps or fabric), please send an e-mail to thewarmfuzziescc@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can discuss the issue and the option of returning your item for repair or for a refund or replacement. For all repairs, refunds and replacements, you must provide your original proof of purchase (e.g., your receipt) and return the item. I will cover return postage costs for Australia Post tracked items within Australia. Please note that I cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit either when first receiving your item or when returning your item. If your item is lost or damaged by Australia Post, you will need to lodge a compensation claim with Australia Post.

Repairs

If upon receiving the returned item, the problem is considered minor and it is repairable, I can repair the item and post the item within a reasonable time frame of up to 30 days. Please note, this time frame does not include any postage delays once the item is sent as this is out of my control.

Refunds or replacements

If upon receiving the returned item, the problem is considered major and it is not repairable, a refund or replacement will be offered. For replacements, I cannot guarantee that the product will be the same (e.g., same patterned fabric) or look exactly the same as each product is individually handmade. If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable time frame of up to 30 days.

No refunds or replacements will be given for change of mind, print/placement variation, issues related to fit, if there is damage from not adhering to the care instructions or if the item is damaged in transit. However, I will do my best to offer a replacement for purchase as an option.
